HOW TO ENTER
To make a nomination, please complete the nomination form with the full details of the person or company you are nominating along with a maximum statement of 500 words to support your nomination. Please make sure you submit your full contact details, along with those of your nominated person or company. This form is to be used when entering in to the following categories:
- Finfish Farm Manager of the Year
- Shellfish Farm Manager of the Year
- Outstanding Contribution to Industry
- Aquaculture Seafood Product of the Year
- Aquaculture Supplier of the Year
- Rising Star
To submit an entry
Please complete an entry form explaining why you should win, keeping your entries brief – no more than 800 words. You should complete an entry form for each category and state clearly which category you are entering. If you wish, you may provide material in support of your entry, e.g. photographs, tables, graphs, presentations, brochures and certificates.
Multiple entries are welcomed, and an entry topic may be submitted for more than one category if considered appropriate.
This form is used when submitting an entry to the following categories:
- Community Initiative
- Business Development Award
- Stewardship Award
- Innovation Award

When examining the individual entries, the judges will consider the criteria identified for each category.
Following consideration of all entries, the judging panel will identify shortlists for each category from which the winners will be selected.
The shortlist will be announced in early April followed by the awards ceremony on Wednesday 23 May, 2018.
